Ratings and reviews

Someone has used my email address for this app. I'm assuming it was an accident. Sadly, I get all their order confirmation and cancellation emails. I've blocked the email address they come from, but they still fill up my spam folder. It's annoying. *EDIT* I contacted support and was able to get my email address removed from their system. Thanks!

Way too high Taxes, Delivery charges on top of that Platform fees! Hotels add price of every item to compensate for the % they have to pay these guys. They used to have membership (which is also relatively costly - Rs. 450 for 3 months?!) that offered free deliveries. I was atleast able to order from 2 restaurants (veg and non veg) at the same time. Now without it, I have to pay Rs. 30 for two orders, where the restaurant is under 1 km away. Looks like they want monopoly. Not gonna use anymore.

Very late delivery, if I order at 12.00 pm then I receive at 2.00 pm only. Tax compared to Swiggy and zomato, zaaroz is too high. Packaging carges 10 for each items, I place 3 items but the packaging charges is showing as 50rs and also it is hidden in charges and tax slot. location not clear every time delivery boys asking for location.
