Ratings and reviews

Someone has used my email address for this app. I'm assuming it was an accident. Sadly, I get all their order confirmation and cancellation emails. I've blocked the email address they come from, but they still fill up my spam folder. It's annoying. *EDIT* I contacted support and was able to get my email address removed from their system. Thanks!

As a consumer there is no support from your side for getting refunds from restaurants in case of bad quality food.Other apps like zomato and swiggy providing instant refunds after verification but zaaroz not having that facility

Worst service ever. Their charges are high, but not worth it. Every time you want to order, it shows that riders are busy, and items are missing from each and every order. There's no proper response or solution to that. They will say they are contacting hotels, but the hotels are like, "We missed it." There's no proper response from the hotel's side either. Kindly fix that or allow other delivery partner apps for all hotels. In our area, there is no access for other delivery partner apps.
