Ratings and reviews

Someone has used my email address for this app. I'm assuming it was an accident. Sadly, I get all their order confirmation and cancellation emails. I've blocked the email address they come from, but they still fill up my spam folder. It's annoying. *EDIT* I contacted support and was able to get my email address removed from their system. Thanks!

Worst service ever. Their charges are high, but not worth it. Every time you want to order, it shows that riders are busy, and items are missing from each and every order. There's no proper response or solution to that. They will say they are contacting hotels, but the hotels are like, "We missed it." There's no proper response from the hotel's side either. Kindly fix that or allow other delivery partner apps for all hotels. In our area, there is no access for other delivery partner apps.

Yhey take too much time to deliver. It's been 1 hour since I ordered my food. It was mentioned it will take about 50 mins to deliver the food. But it's already been a hour and the delivery agent has not even reached the restaurant. Worst part is I cannot cancel prepaid orders. Never ordering in this app again
