About this app

Zone (Z-PASS) is Zafer College's official entry-exit and secure handover system. It unites all school stakeholders, from parents and teachers to security guards and school administration, on a single security chain. The goal is simple: each student is handed over to only the authorized person, every day.

FOR PARENTS

• Approaching: Notify with a single touch when you arrive at the school; your child will be ready before you even arrive. Pick up your child without getting out of the car or waiting in crowds. • Z-QR: Use your unique digital ID for contactless turnstile and door access. • Handover Authorization: Manage who can pick up your child on your behalf through the app; no unauthorized person can take your student out of the school. • Wallet and Cafeteria: Track your balance, spending, and meal menu instantly.

FOR TEACHERS

• Handover Calls: When a parent approaches the school, a call instantly appears on your screen; you prepare the student for the door on time and safely. • Your class schedule and the students you are responsible for — along with allergy and diet notes — are readily available at all times.

FOR SECURITY AND MANAGEMENT

• Live command screen: Monitor campus entry and exit movements in real time. • Secure drop-off queue: View pending requests; approve, hold, or call security. • Visitor registration and QR verification: Everyone entering campus is registered. • Critical situation alerts: Instant audible and visual alerts in cases such as unauthorized drop-off attempts.
