Ratings and reviews

Total confusing app. No instructions how to get a card. It opens a lame form to submit . Just did't give a confident feel and user experience. Many bugs in the app . User onboarding experience is worst . At some point you will feel not to proceed ahead . If web and app creates so much confusion, how someone will trust this app on first visit . Hire good developers and please boost customer onboarding experience.

Very complicated and confusing. Not sure, why can't you keep it simple. Have been working on a very simple activity of paying the telephone bill since last 30 min. And this is not for the first time. It's a big headache working with this app. Please immediately overhaul this and make it friendly to an extent. Kindly provide the option of negative rating also.

Can't get monthly expense total. Can't analyze my yearly expenses. Reports doesn't make sense, i believe these are a way to add extra expenses. It appears UI/UX is not thought through at all.
