As the name implies, this application lets you make full-fledged 2D cartoons. Drawing cartoons sounds hard, but we've made it as easy as possible with the use of motion smoothing techniques. You only set the start and end positions of the character, and the program creates a smooth movement

Each character is a skeleton of several bones with pictures. You have a whole library of characters and objects at your disposal (dragons, people, cars and much more). There is a character editor - you can make up creatures and objects out of "bones". You can draw bones inside the application, or you can cut pictures from photos

There are many other tools for advanced animators. For example, a camera that allows you to make dramatic close-ups (just like in horror movies). Or speed effects, a tool that allows you to slow down or speed up individual fragments (if you need to make a slow-motion animation of dodging bullets)

You can add music or voice over your cartoon

All your animations can be saved as video (MP4 format) or GIF and sent to YouTube. By tag #drawingcartoons2 you can find works of other animators there

You can also save items and send them as separate files. That means you can offer someone a figurine of your superhero so that another person can use it in their works. We have a whole community to share

This animation software is very easy and simple to use, but it has alot of flaws that come with it. Creating effect trails like slash trails and such are very hard to simulate without a tool, as each frame would have to have a unique new state for the slash to go with the animation for each frame. Frame by frame is also automatically set to 30 and cannot be changed. There isn't that many assets when it comes to the sprites, no punch effects or motion blurs or anything.

I love drawing cartoons and I grew up on it. But there are a few bugs that need fixing quick! Here are a list of em. 1. When I import audio and play the animation. Its perfectly in sync. But then when I export the animation. It doesnt go into sync with the animation. 2. You dont HAVE to fix this but when I leave the app real quick for some reason like somebody texting or calling me etc. I go back to the app to continue my animation and its GONE. But like I said you dont HAVE to fix it. Autosave.

I've used this since 2017, and it's great. But I have a problem that just occurred randomly right now. I can't import photos as the background. When I tap it, nothing happens. Holding down the button also doesn't work. I've tried reinstalling the app, but it still doesn't work. I used to import photos as backgrounds alot, but now I can't. Edit: Just noticed another bug... I can't even draw backgrounds. When I draw a background it always looks broken when I finish it.
