The Zander ID Theft Solutions mobile app makes it easy to receive timely alerts straight to your phone, access your identity theft protection services on the go, and make changes to your profile at your convenience.

Ratings and reviews

The app has less functionality than the website. The service seems fine, but the app has not been given much attention. The app notification constantly says there is a new message. There are no messages, so I assume it means alerts. There doesn't appear to be a way to dismiss the alerts. Even after you open the alert it often stays unread. There is no way to view your credit score on the app. If you wish to add a child for monitoring you have to do it on the website.

Every time I attempt to login, I'm prompted to login, again. Then, I get an error message!

It was okay until that I found out there was another guy on my account that I didn't want there they didn't know how to remove him and then they got all my all my all my information pay the payment and then the discontinued by service and now the funny thing is play solicit me with life insurance they have all my information now they're going to put a hit out on me and have me kill or something they say no credit cards but they won't accept a money order or cashier's check
