First time here and the food was yummy! Service was good. I expected the protein option for vegetarian to be a meat-like substitute, it was broccoli (which was delicious) I wish it was listed as broccoli. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I signed up for the rewards and am planning on coming again... soon 🤸‍♀️

Zao's app forces you to share GPS permissions to use it. That is intrusive and unnecessary! Zao leadership - please just let users enter their zip code and select a store manually when they order. That would work fine. Zao's food is excellent, but I hope they update their app to not force users to share GPS data.

They don't have a way to see an order in progress so if the restaurant has an error I have no way to prove my order except for using my bank charge. They also won't let you see your order history or notify you if your order is done
