The Zap Chip app is the Zap Chip customer area on your mobile phone. View your bills, pay instantly, and track your SIM cards and satellite dishes without needing to call customer service.

PAY YOUR WAY
• Pix (copy and paste) or QR Code, with instant approval
• Credit or debit card, directly in the app
• Boleto (bank slip), generated when you need it
• PDF bill to view, save, or share

AUTOMATIC DEBIT
Register a card and your bills are paid automatically on the due date. No registration fee is charged, and your card details are protected by Stripe.

ALL YOUR ACCOUNT INFORMATION IN ONE PLACE
• Next bill, amount, and due date right on the home screen
• Notifications of open or overdue bills
• History of paid bills, with proof of payment
• Your subscriptions, with the monthly amount and due date

YOUR LINES AND SATELLITE DISHES
• Numbers, plans, and status of each SIM card
• Internet usage for the cycle, with a graph by day
• Satellite dishes for the subscription, with the CAID of each device

YOUR DATA UP TO DATE
Update the email and WhatsApp where you receive your bills, with code confirmation.

SECURE ACCESS
Enter with the account holder's CPF or CNPJ and your password, the same as the customer area on the website. On your first access, you create a password with a code sent to your registered WhatsApp or email.
