Do you guys need help in UX department? Let me write some ideas. First, don't tell the users they are the problem when they are not. Second, your icon is not intuitive. I have zero idea if your app works or not, no error just blue icon somebody wakes up and no AR. When it doesn't work my connection got blamed when the code publisher didn't publish the item to the server and my connection works just fine. Luckily, I test it first before telling my daughter.

I have been refused support, although I was an active customer. It seems that no support is provided for Education customers which I wish I knew before purchasing. I believe the platform has a serious bug and your stories might get lost. I am not sure since I was refused support in recovering my story. The customer support experience was very disappointing.

Being dependant on intetnet connection is not great on a ferry with subpar WiFi. Today was the first time it actually successfully loaded the game. However, after the first poster it refused to refresh. The only way to get it to recognise a new one is to restart the game, thus losing all progress. Conclusion, no way to finish the game.
