The app is designed to make the process of selecting a contractor or searching for orders as transparent, safe, and convenient as possible for both parties.

Customer Features

Post an Order
You can place an order in just a few steps: add photos of the project, describe the task, specify your budget, and provide contact information. The order is moderated and appears in the general contractor feed.

Find Contractors
Browse contractor profiles by job category, region, rating, and reviews. Each profile includes work examples, photos, videos, and information about the contractor.

Quick Contact
After a contractor responds or through their open contact information, you can contact them using any convenient method:
• Call,
• WhatsApp,
• Telegram.

Order Management
All your placed orders are available in the "My Orders" section. You can edit your post, change photos, delete an order, or track its status.

Responses and Reviews
Receive feedback from contractors, view their profiles, and leave reviews after completing work.

Pro Account for Managing Orders
Choose work categories, specify your region, and create a specialist profile. A Pro account grants access to orders and promotion opportunities.

Portfolio
Publish posts with your projects: add photos and videos, describe your completed work, and collect likes and comments from users.

Receiving Orders
Contractors can respond to orders themselves or receive offers from customers interested in their services.

Reviews and Ratings
The review system allows you to accumulate ratings and stand out from other professionals.

Posts Feed
The interactive feed contains two types of content:
• orders placed by customers,
• posts by contractors demonstrating their experience and skill.

The feed can be customized using filters by category, post type, and region. New posts appear at the top, and scrolling works like an infinite feed.

User Profile
Each user has their own profile with a photo, name, and rating.
Contractors have access to advanced information: work categories, region, post access, and publication management.
Users can edit their profile information, update their avatar, or change their Pro account settings at any time.

Responses and Interaction
All responses to orders are collected in a separate section. This section displays:
• job offers to the contractor,
• responses from contractors,
• order cancellations,
• the ability to go to the profile or leave a review.

New responses are highlighted visually, and their number is displayed on the section icon.
