The design of the app is dumbfounded. First, it doesn't allow reservstion. So, the app only functions as a parking meter. Second, the pay period is per noon. So, whoever gets the spot would get the spot until noon the next day even if they leave the night before. In this eg, the developer throws away a chance to lease out the spot for the entire morning. In the meantime, users who need a spot have no chance to use these empty spots. Completely idiotic.

I have rented several stalls. 2 stalls which I have rented both were taken when submitting information in the app, the app would not let me input the license number. I reached out to customer service and that was even worse! I submitted photos off the vehicle and explained! They replied they did not get any problem reports and see no reservations under my email though I submitted to them screenshots of the reservations! No help or refund whatsoever! I rent a stall today and same problem!

This App Sucks- on my Android phone EVERY TIME I TRY TO USE IT - I login and then...NOTHING but a blue screen. So I uninstall it and reinstall it - so far that has only worked 2 out of 5 times. Of the 2 times I could ACTUALLY get into looking for a spot to "reserve" this program DOES NOT allow you to reserve ADVANCED dates. Oh you can select an "end date" in the future but that means you are going to pay for the spot for however many days out from the "today" date. What a gigantic pain.

We sincerely apologize. We hadn't heard about this type of loading issue but will look into it further! Zark manages the temporary reservations of unoccupied spaces. We cannot accommodate future reservations as availability changes frequently due to new move in activity at your community. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with any future issues!
