The design of the app is dumbfounded. First, it doesn't allow reservstion. So, the app only functions as a parking meter. Second, the pay period is per noon. So, whoever gets the spot would get the spot until noon the next day even if they leave the night before. In this eg, the developer throws away a chance to lease out the spot for the entire morning. In the meantime, users who need a spot have no chance to use these empty spots. Completely idiotic.

If I could give this no stars I would. I am beyond pissed because I reserved and paid for parking and my car got towed. 😡😡 I have screenshots of the reservation and everything and now I'm having to pay $200 to get my car out of the impound. There is no phone number that I can call to to talk to Zark. You can only send an email or a chat, which I did.. but apparently it takes about 1 day for them to respond.this is such an inconvenience and now I am down by $200 which was supposed to be for rent

I have rented several stalls. 2 stalls which I have rented both were taken when submitting information in the app, the app would not let me input the license number. I reached out to customer service and that was even worse! I submitted photos off the vehicle and explained! They replied they did not get any problem reports and see no reservations under my email though I submitted to them screenshots of the reservations! No help or refund whatsoever! I rent a stall today and same problem!
