This app assigns a parking spot for you, but there's always someone in the spot. It needs the ability to self assign open spots based on space number. That would be much easier then having to report a problem and getting reassigned! Also it doesn't let you input any information without a signal. This needs to work offline, especially when a lot of parking lots are in underground garages without proper data signal. It should allow you to input information offline and then submit when back online

This app is actually the worse. Already had my family's cars towed so many times, wasting a bunch of our own money because zark would bug out so much. Literally the worse app imaginable, takes forever to reload, terrible customer service, and your never guaranteed that your car won't get towed. This honestly doesn't even deserve a star. And the thing is they won't even fix any of their problems. It's a joke.

Problematic app. Wouldn't accept my password but then did so when I applied for a new password but re-entered the original password. Would not accept a space in my license plate number so I doubt that it verified the plate. Then wouldn't accept my name as the owner of the vehicle so I was unable to register my vehicle with the app. Total waste of time for me.
