I was able to design my invitation pretty easily. I placed my order, got a tracking number. my order was going to arrive 03/04 but then I got a message it got delayed to 03/05, I still did not receive my package. I contacted customer service and the told me it was being delayed to 03/06. Still nothing showed. then they told me my package was lost but they would remake the invitations and give me 2 day shipping. 2 days passed and nothing. I canceled and requested a refund. horrible experience.

1. It is a difficult app. It was easy to navigate in the past. 2. If there is a problem navigating, you have to guess what the problem is. 3. The fonts...you have to start at the beginning of font list every time you want to view others. 4. One can no longer speak with a real person if the customer has a concern...just a virtual message. Customers pay a lot of $ for special occasion invitations and want to make sure that they are correct. You need a real person in this business to speak with.

Fix the app glitches. I am tired of my orders being canceled all the time "due to policy rights". People are able to purchase rights and print... yet the company refuses. Also, do not like the fact that some of the codes do not apply to all the times in that category. You have to search for the times they apply to. I do like the membership it's self and the quality of items.
