The customer service hotline, email and Whatsapp were not responding. The refund request for failed transactions has been dragged for too long. It's not ZCITY anymore when I first joined. Disappointed...pls be aware if you don't want to lose your hard earned money.

Apps couldn't open. It pop up message 'something when wrong. Please restart the apps or contact customer support'. I'd restart, uninstall & reinstall but it's still same. I Whatsapp Zcity Careline & their reply is 'We are currently experiencing a technical issue that is affecting the app's functionality. Our technical team is actively working to resolve this as quickly as possible'. Unfortunately untill today the apps couldn't be open. How do I utilize my zcoin if the apps couldn't open at all?

A great app for you to save your money. Daily check in to get rewards, accumulate and use it. I have saved a lot using this app! Not to mention they will give bill vouchers for us so that we can also save on our bill payment, plus we don't need to go to pos office etc to queue and pay the bills! 3C's, Check in, Check out and Convenient!
