I purchased a plan in an emergency and paid rs. 558 out of which 499 was security deposit i literally returned the power bank within 1 hour the system didn't show any notification but it got stuck inside I called you guys 3 times mailed literally daily, shared all the details still no response just tell me is this a new scam that you're running ?

I recently moved to Noida for my job and came across the A3Charge machine at my office space. After seeing almost everyone at the office using it, I too gave it a shot. I must say it is a very convenient and easy way of charging your devices when you can't stay stuck to a plugged charger. The app is also very simple to use. Everyone should try it once.....

This app scammed me out of ₹734. I paid for the subscription and because my phone switched off after the payment was made, it refused to acknowledge the payment. I was forced to pay again to unlock the subscription, but the best part is this - there is no one to complain to if you want a refund. Both their contact numbers are invalid and the support email ID does not exist! What a way to run a business. I want my money back. So dissapointed that 24Seven and Looks Salon work with them.
