About this app

The CHT user app provides parents of K - 12 students the ability to share their children health information with their schools administrators and health staff. The app also provides real-time communication between school admins, health staff with the entire community for general information dissemination or in case of an emergency. The app chat functionality allow parent to school staff, parent to parent and group communication group by class. The app health analytics section will facilitate anonymous health reporting and early outbreaks tracking.
