I was required to use this app for digitally signing documents two times, and for both times it's been a sluggish, painful experience. The automated document and identity checking process resembles something held together with duct tape more than anything, it often failed on the face check, and after (finally) going past that I was met with the unpleasant surprise that my document was not supported. Would avoid this app if possible.

It was very difficult to set up. I am an UE / Romanian citizen, and my national Romanian ID card, nor my driving license were not accepted in the setting up process. I managed to configure the app only with my passport. I spent almost 1 hour to set this up..... Very negative experience! What would have happened if I did not have a passport?! I would have not been able to sign my work related document?!

this app is utter garbage, the document registration process is long, it fails on video upload and when it doesn't fail there they require manual verification. This fails without a specific reason and after failure they make you start everything again instead of asking for specific step to be repeated.
