Terrible app, cannot even register, because either my personal document isn't accepted, the scanning process fails or the document checking fails while not giving a valid reason. I thus can't finish signing my workplace documents, since I'm being blocked by this horrendous app. Whoever is doing the manual verification is absolutely incompetent. Update: Unfortunately have to use it again and it's still dogshit.

Complete trash. No option to log in. I registered my phone a few months ago, deleted the app, installed it again and now I have to go through your entire half hour process to re-register. Waste of my time and waste of your resources. I can't imagine who thought this through

Unfortunately useless app in my country. Despite logging multiple times into what they say is the web banking service for my bank, it still ended up not working and saying I need to choose an alternate way of confirming my identity. They seem to not like the fact that the account doesn't have money which they could steal. Also I can't choose another bank because they have limited banks in the list. BTW that is not the web banking where I was redirected. It's a simple statements portal. Awful...
