About this app

The Uhale APP is an application that syncs your album to an electronic digital Photo frame from your phone. After binding the photo frame with the invitation code or QR code, photos and videos can be sent to the frame through the APP. After sending successfully, you can manage the photos in the frame.

I have purchased 4 of these frames for family members to be able to share photos with them, and have had nothing but issues. At first, I couldn't access my photos from the gallery for a long time without closing and reopening the app multiple times. Fortunately, that was fixed months and months later. Today, the app automatically closes every time I open it and says it has a "bug" that will not allow it to open "until the manufacturer fixes it". So annoying!!!

The app itself is fine but the digital picture frame decided it was going to say memory full after three months of use and only around 100 pictures on it. I reached out to tech support and they said it was not normal for this to happen but they had no suggested fixes and that they had no way to resolve the issue and that they don't have any way to issue replacements or refunds so they suggested throwing it in the garbage. I'll never buy from this company again. Buyer beware. Absolutely terrible.

I received the Uhale picture frame for a wonderful Christmas surprise! It's an easy set up, it's self explanatory as it goes. It gives prompts to set up each step as you go. I was lucky, my girl Stephanie, knew exactly how to set it up. Whomever you give the supplied code to can set up an import app & send you pictures. It's a little hard to explain w/o showing you. It has a sleep setting so it does go off & back on as you schedule it. I highly recommend it! Trouble going to sleep? This helps!
