After a couple years of use, suddenly I have "insufficient memory" with ZERO pics uploaded. Based on other reviews, it looks like this is a common issue that they suggest resolving by buying an SD card, loading the pics you want from your computer, then changing the frame settings to display from SD card. What a ridiculous workaround for something that used to be a simple upload straight from your (or a loved one's!) phone. Guess I'm tossing this in the trash and getting a reputable brand.

The app itself works fine and is easy to use. Uploading photos and navigating is pretty straightforward. The problem is the digital frame, not the app. The frame is advertised with 16GB of storage, but the system files take up 16GB. I noticed after resetting the picture frame I would lose more storage space until all the memory was used and no photos could be added. I can no longer use this product so if you read this before purchasing save yourself from being ripped off. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Hello, under normal circumstances, the photo frame system storage will not take up a large amount of space. You may report this issue to our email: assist@uhalephoto.com. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to you.

The app itself is fine but the digital picture frame decided it was going to say memory full after three months of use and only around 100 pictures on it. I reached out to tech support and they said it was not normal for this to happen but they had no suggested fixes and that they had no way to resolve the issue and that they don't have any way to issue replacements or refunds so they suggested throwing it in the garbage. I'll never buy from this company again. Buyer beware. Absolutely terrible.

Hello, you can try saving your photos to an SD card via your computer first, then insert the SD card into the slot on the back of the frame. Turn on the "Play from external storage" option. This way, the frame can play the photos directly from the SD card without using the frame's internal storage.
