About this app

The Uhale APP is an application that syncs your album to an electronic digital Photo frame from your phone. After binding the photo frame with the invitation code or QR code, photos and videos can be sent to the frame through the APP. After sending successfully, you can manage the photos in the frame.

I have purchased 4 of these frames for family members to be able to share photos with them, and have had nothing but issues. At first, I couldn't access my photos from the gallery for a long time without closing and reopening the app multiple times. Fortunately, that was fixed months and months later. Today, the app automatically closes every time I open it and says it has a "bug" that will not allow it to open "until the manufacturer fixes it". So annoying!!!

It honestly is a good app, but it'd be nice to have just a few more basic formatting options for the pictures in the frame. You can make pictures bigger but you can't say move them off center and zoom them in to have it fit in individual frames better for example nor can you add captions. it's not that big of a deal to do so in another app and then upload it, but it'd be nice to have it all in one place.

I was able to upload the first 10 second video, no problem. looks great! I am unable to upload anything else. crashes everytime. fails to upload. cleared cache, same problem persists. restarted my phone three times. Samsung even pops up a window telling me to just wait until the developer fixes the problem. ive literally never seen that before.
