Keep your chats, photos and private apps away from curious eyes. App Lock protects any app on your phone with a PIN, pattern or fingerprint, and hides your private photos, videos and audio in an encrypted vault.

🔒 LOCK ANY APP
Lock WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, Messenger, Snapchat, TikTok, Gallery, Settings, Play Store or any other app. When someone opens a locked app, App Lock covers it with your lock screen until the right PIN, pattern or fingerprint is entered.
• Unlock with a 4- or 6-digit PIN, a pattern, or your fingerprint
• Choose when apps lock again: right after you leave, when the screen turns off, or after 1 or 5 minutes
• Get a suggestion to lock new apps as soon as you install them
• After 5 wrong attempts the lock screen pauses for 30 seconds

🖼️ PRIVATE VAULT
Move photos, videos and audio into the vault and they disappear from your gallery. Files are encrypted on your device, and only you can open them.

📸 INTRUDER SELFIE
Find out who tried to open your apps. After the number of wrong attempts you choose, App Lock quietly takes a photo with the front camera and saves it with the app name and time.

🎨 PERSONALIZE YOUR LOCK
Make the lock screen your own with 16 wallpapers, including hearts and stars styles, or use your own photo. Pick an accent colour for the keypad and pattern.

🎭 DISGUISE THE ICON
Hide App Lock on your home screen behind an everyday icon and name: Calculator, Clock, Weather, Browser, Recorder, Calendar or Notes.

🔔 HIDE NOTIFICATIONS
Keep message previews from locked apps out of the status bar. Hidden notifications are kept safely inside App Lock, so you can read them later.

🔐 YOUR PRIVACY
Your PIN, locked apps, vault files and intruder photos stay on your phone. App Lock never uploads them. Your PIN is stored only as a secure one-way hash.

• Usage access: to detect when a locked app is opened
• Display over other apps: to show the lock screen on top of locked apps
• Camera: only for Intruder selfie (off by default)
• Photos, videos and music: to move the files you choose into the vault
• Notification access: only for Hide notifications (off by default)
• Device administrator: only if you turn on Prevent uninstall

Important: uninstalling App Lock or clearing its data deletes the vault. Restore your files to the gallery first. For your security, a forgotten PIN can't be recovered, so turning on fingerprint unlock is recommended.
