Try something else! For a printer and company that advertises itself as a no nonsense always printing printer I sure do have problems... For a week now every time I swap label cartridges it doesn't recognize I've actually changed sizes. Wastes time and labels deleting and rebooting everything. Now, the app has kicked me out and every time I try to log in the app crashes... Picked this one because I wasn't supposed to have problems and this has caused me much irritation.

Does what it's supposed to. There is the occasional glitch, but all works good overall

Useless for shipping labels unless the label you want to print is given to you in exactly the right size... Why doesn't the app allow you to resize the image to fit the label?!?
