I must say that the collection of books they offer is impressive. The most significant problem I faced was the app's failure to open. Despite multiple attempts to launch it, the app frequently crashed or froze, making it impossible to access my library or download books for offline reading. Even when I managed to get the app running, I encountered difficulties when attempting to download books for offline use.

I can't figure out how to stop the payments and when I try the desktop website it just has errors over and over again. there's absolutely nowhere that shows even if I'm paying at all or even what plan I'm on, let alone how to unsubscribe!. This is a nightmare!!! [edit to update] in the end i had to have my bank block payments to them and help me fight the charges. I regret ever having this service!!!

i love this app seriously there's no better place to get offline books .and I can't see myself reading from any other app 🤩🤩 though it is getting a lot tougher to download books . they keep showing some sort of errors I don't even understand what they mean. 😤 honestly reading them makes my head hurt I hope they fix the problem soon, not having new things to read is seriously getting on my nerves.
