Have to say I am impressed with the app support. This was my original review below. I contacted support and got a speedy response. Problem is still happening but I hope it will be sorted as the unit works really well when the app doesnt freeze. This app needs fixing. It stops working as soon as you start cooking. Uninstalling and reinstalling doesnt help either. Great idea but the developers need to sort out the app before I'd recommend buying it

The App does not work, it crashes every time a sign in is attempted. It was tried on 2 Android devices with latest OS. The error message advises that the app has a bug and to contact the vendor to ask for an update. The vendor was emailed and Im awaiting a reply.

Finally it works! Now that is not to say it didn't work initially. For the past few months there has been issues either with the app or with Google and I couldn't access the programming. I AM NOW HAPPY TO REPORT IT WORKS AGAIN. I love my Zega unit for making soups and stews. I will say that I do usually program it twice to get the desired tenderness. Like everything these days it takes trial and error. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THE PRODUCT AND APP NOW. Thanks for fixing it.
