With the Time Mechanics app, employees in workshops and service companies record their working times and breaks quickly, intuitively and directly on their smartphone. The app is the mobile companion to the central time management of Zeitmechanism - developed for industries such as automotive, bicycle, marine, caravan, motorists, trucks, hairdressers and many more.

FUNCTIONS OF THE APP

1. Fast time tracking via widget

Start and stop your working hours and breaks with just one tap - directly from the home screen. No cumbersome navigation, no paperwork. The recorded times are available in real time in the time mechanics workshop planning.

2. Everything at a glance with the employee dashboard

Whether remaining working time, current overtime, working time account or available vacation days - the clear dashboard provides all the important information for your own time recording at a glance. Fast, transparent and available at any time.

3. Digital absence requests

Requests for vacation, illness or other absences can be easily submitted via the app. Supervisors receive a notification and can check and process applications immediately - directly in the system, without any paperwork.

4. Geotagging for security

The app can be configured so that clocking is only possible at work. Location-based geotagging ensures that time recording takes place exactly where it should take place - reliably, traceably and forgery-proof.
