You can't watch anime or read manga in this app. This is only an app for anilist.co.

Ratings and reviews

If you could add an option to have set filters, that'd be nice. There's some tags that I always want to filter out, and it's kinda annoying to have to do that everytime I use the Explore page. Otherwise, this app does what it needs to. I'm still on v1.2.8, & won't update to v2.0 due to reviews here, so maybe also add a 'don't show me again' option when opening the app would be great.

Really great, just one nitpick. There's too much empty space, I realize this is subjective but it bothers me opening an app and immediately seeing a bunch of empty space, I like things more compact. Same thing for the list and social pages, if things were more compact looking I think it would look more appealing. Not sure if there's enough people that feel this way to make it worth adding an optional compact view setting, probably not, but if there is it would be a nice addition.

Some design aspects were better before version 2. Social button on the home page seems out of place. Having to go to social then go to notifications made much more sense. Version 2 lost out on the community themes which I liked more than any of the default themes. Old style trending anime/manga was easier to quickly glace at and see, now you have to swipe through a lot in order to see the full list. Profile anime/manga count doesn't show full counts but completed only. Add options in settings...
