I have been playing this game for quite a while and did enjoy it. However, I now have a complaint with one of my in-app purchases. I purchased a Joy Pass for 9.99 and I only got to use half of it before it got zeroed out and now the game is saying I need to pay another 9.99 to get the other half. This is not my first Joy Pass. The first one I bought a few months ago let you get all the add ons within the grid all the way down to the end. Why did this change?? I will delete this soon, no bueno!

Was advertised as no ads, which is not true. It would be a good game aside from this. Update: The point is I downloaded this game from an ad in another one. The ad specifically said "No ads". I expected some of you wanted extra time or bonus help etc. Once you get past a certain level, there are ads after each. They are not a few seconds, they are 30 and some 60 seconds and NOT skippable.

This app kept freezing. Had to reinstall 2x! When it froze the second time, I contacted customer service, and they told me, nonchalantly, that I would just have to uninstall and reinstall for the 2nd time, even though I had earned a huge amount of game points. After having won so many points and investing money in the game, I decided just to uninstall for good. I'd give them no stars if I had that option!!
