Waybill is one routing puzzle a day, drawn as a patent figure.
Crates leave their sources on a schedule. Each one has a bay it belongs in. You lay the track — belts to carry a crate, bridges to send one route over another — and then you commit. Nothing moves until you do. The whole board resolves at once, and you watch it prove itself: crates travel, cross at your bridges, and either every one arrives or two of them meet on the same tile.
A run that goes wrong is information, not a loss. There is no fail state at the day level, no timer, and no way to lose the day. Adjust the track and commit again.
WHAT MAKES A DAY HARD
Every edition is generated and then proven by a solver before it ships. Par is the certified best — not a designer's guess, and not the solver's first answer. An edition only ships if routing each source by its own shortest path fails to solve it, so the day always turns on the interaction between routes rather than on finding them one at a time.
THE FIGURE
Line on warm white, or line on deep blue at night. Four line weights carry every meaning; hatch patterns give terminals their identity so colour is never the only channel; numbered callouts and drafting captions do the rest. No fills, no glow, no factory iconography.
STREAKS THAT DON'T PUNISH
Solving on consecutive days builds a streak. One missed day can be bridged by solving the next day, and the missed day is still marked as missed — the calendar never claims you played when you didn't.
SHARING WITHOUT SPOILING
The share figure carries your edition, outcome, track used against par, ticks and streak, over the same public terminals and walls everyone starts from. Your laid track, your bridges and your corrections never leave the device, so the person you send it to still has a puzzle.
WHAT IT DOESN'T DO
No ads. No in-app purchases. No accounts, ever. No analytics and no crash-reporting SDKs — the app collects nothing. All 365 editions are bundled, so it plays with the network off, on a plane, underground.
