About this app

NoScrollHome locks the apps that eat your night — automatically, the moment you walk in the door.

No willpower. No blocklists you'll disable in a week. Set it once: pick the apps, set your hours, mark home. Then NoScrollHome does the rest. Get home, and Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and X just won't open.

THE PROBLEM
You promised yourself you'd stop doomscrolling. But every night you get home, drop on the couch, and the hole opens: Reels, then Shorts, then it's 1am. That's not a willpower problem — it's a design problem. An app blocker that turns on when you get home fixes it.

HOW IT WORKS
• Mark your home on the map (a geofence — your location never leaves your device).
• Pick the apps to lock: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Reels, Shorts, X, or any app.
• Set your hours (after 8pm) or lock all day at home.
• Arrive home → the apps lock. Leave, or the window ends → they open again.

WHY NOSCROLLHOME
• Automatic and location-based: no timer to tap, no willpower to rely on.
• It actually blocks — try to open a locked app at home and it won't open.
• A real dopamine detox: cut screen time, beat brain rot, get your nights back.
• Private by design — the geofence runs on-device.

WHAT IT HELPS WITH
Block apps at home. Stop doomscrolling and reduce screen time. Block TikTok, block Instagram Reels, block YouTube Shorts. A digital detox and dopamine detox for anyone done with phone addiction and brain rot.

PERMISSIONS & ACCESSIBILITY
NoScrollHome uses Android's Accessibility Service to detect which app is in the foreground, so it can block the apps you chose while you're home during your set hours. This runs entirely on your device — NoScrollHome does not collect, store, or share your activity, and it reads no screen content. NoScrollHome also uses the display-over-other-apps (overlay) permission to show the block screen, and background location to detect when you arrive home. You can disable any of these anytime in Settings.

Get home. Apps lock. That's it.
