Ratings and reviews

When I first downloaded the app it worked great. I tried to use it again when my nephew asked me to embroider his graduation hoodie and now the app can't find/connect to the machine. I changed my router settings and everything. So disappointing.

Why does this app only work if I give it permission for my location with high accuracy turned on all the time, not just when using the app but also everywhere you go with your phone, I'm not OK with giving a sewing machine my location but you not only want that but you want to be able to pinpoint me wherever I am whenever you want it's bonkers and disgusting. What exactly does a sewing machine do this data of literally everywhere I go? Why not give your 'customers' the option to turn off, shame

This app will not connect to my machine with my Galaxy S22 ultra, despite the app claiming its compatible, yet it connects to me old Galaxy Note 8. They are both on the same wifi! I would appreciate some help. Thanks
