Classic arcade asteroids for Wear OS, redesigned for the round screen
and the rotary crown.
Your ship sits in the center of the play area. Twist the crown to rotate
your aim — no thrust, no momentum, just precise rotational control. Tap
anywhere to fire a bullet in the direction you're aiming. Large asteroids
split into mediums; mediums split into smalls. Smalls are the most points,
but they're fast.
Survive waves. Each new wave brings more asteroids, slightly faster, with
more chaotic trajectories. Asteroids wrap around the play area — drift off
one side, come back on the other. So do you, with bullets.
Occasionally, destroyed asteroids drop a gold power-up orb. Touch it with
your ship and you fire triple-shot for 8 seconds. Multiple targets become
trivially clearable.
You start with three lives. Asteroid hits the ship → lose one, get a brief
shield blink. Lose them all → game over.
Features
• Crown-driven aim — analog precision no D-pad can match
• Realistic vector-style asteroid splitting (large → 2 medium → 2 small each)
• Wave progression with adaptive difficulty
• Gold power-up orbs grant 8-second triple-shot
• Particle explosions on every hit
• 3 lives with brief invulnerability on hit
• Persistent high score
• Standalone — no phone required
• No ads, no IAP, no internet permission
Controls
• Crown rotates your ship's aim
• Tap anywhere → fire / start game / restart on game over
Tips
• Don't waste shots — only 4 bullets allowed on screen at a time.
• The triple-shot orbs are worth chasing into danger.
• Smalls are deadly because they're fast and hard to hit, but they're
also worth the most points. High risk, high reward.
Built for Wear OS 3+. Standalone, offline, no tracking.
Why this on a watch?
Asteroids has been ported to every device with a button. The rotary
crown is the input it always wanted but never got. On a round watch
screen, with the wrap-around physics, the whole game feels native.
