Cannot redeem cards. Server error. Developer email address is also not contactable. Forgot password also does not work. Do not recommend this. Awful non-functional app. Non-existent customer service and lots of terrible reviews for this company. Phone number not valid. Activation code then cancelled. Remains unresolved weeks later despite messages and tickets. I've now filed a complaint with Fair Trading. This card was from a corporate company - a warning to all corps looking to deal with them.

Don't touch account set up by daycare to refund over payments next thing we know money is gone account is shut because we hadn't used it in 6months due to the app rarely working especially on a phone with the linked mobile number multiple attempts in the past to get the issue resolved never any response little better then a scam

Can't contact the company to redeem gift card - it's been a whole month! They don't reply to your emails and ghost you, and their numbers don't have actual people to help (unless it's an after hours emergency, like stolen or lost cards), just an automated message. And on the off chance you do get through to someone, they can't help and redirect to another empty email, or tell you it's after hours so they can't help 😡
