Every time I log in and I'm on the dashboard, it has my general information covering the menu that I need so I can do the true identity. I tried changing my address, but when I would confirm it, it took me back my general information, and the old address was still there. When I called and finally got an agent yesterday, I gave her my correct address. Apparently, that didn't work. When trying to get a hold of someone, that's just as crazy. I left 2 messages 1 call back. None of those happened

Tried to log in on the website and there was a server error and to contact the admin but it doesn't tell me how. Tried to use the app and it says I can't use it offline but I'm online. I tried each multiple times. I have never been able to see what's in my account because of these errors.

Tried to setup my direct deposit through said app as per directions provided by Zenith. They sent two increments to my bank account as described, but the app requires 3 increments and failed my validation. I have screenshots to prove it. Every year Zenith American Solutions makes it harder and harder to access my own hard earned money and I am not impressed by them or their app.
