Zenith Flex mobile is developed by Zenith American Solutions. The app provides a single access point for participants to manage their consumer driven healthcare and other tax favored benefit accounts.

Zenith Flex mobile provides the following functionality:

• Benefit Health Account balances and details
• Recent transactions and details
• View all email alerts
• Contact administrator from mobile application via email or mobile phone
• Same username/password as ZenithFlex Portal (no need to register your mobile device; just download, login, and go!)
• Stronger authentication support (Picture/Passphrase, device identification and challenge questions)
• View Demographic Details
• View Dependents
• View Card Details
• View Card PIN
• Register new users directly from mobile device

Horrible. Absolutely NOT user friendly. Randomly logs you out when changing pages, only allows a single action at a time, no option to edit things you've sent or add to them. No files exist of anything I've ever uploaded before now. Locked me out for no reason and had to go through nine days of emails back and forth asking for one piece of information at a time before finally unlocking it...

Getting the account setup through Zenith Flex was a royal pain in the butt. I went months without being able to check my account. Having said that, the app is fine. I just wish I had better information on what's going on with some of my transactions that have been stuck in limbo for months now. Saying items have been paid, yet are under review, and no effort to contact me on what the hangup is. I might update my review as I use more features in the future.

I despise this app. 😡 It only allows you to do a single action at a time, takes a long time to switch between actions. It doesn't allow you to edit photos when submitting receipts. It doesn't allow you to zoom in on the photos to check the receipts, once you've submitted them. I can't find a way to remove the receipts, if you accidentally attach them to the wrong item. It doesn't change the status of a claim that requires a receipt once you add one. Very frustrating app.
