About this app

e-Token App is a mobile application that generates One Time Passwords (OTPs) used in the authentication of electronic transactions.

COST OF TOKEN / CHARGES
The Customer will incur a single charge of N1500 for activation of the e-Token.

By activating the e-token on your device, you hereby consent to debit of the relevant linked account with the applicable activation charge.

Note that the Bank may review the activation charge from time to time without notice to Customer.

A one-time password (OTP) is a series of characters that automatically authenticates the user for a single transaction or session. It is also an alternative to the Hardware Token.

Activate the App using the activation details stated below

Register as an Individual

Select Activation Method

Hardware Token:
Account Number + 4-digit Server PIN and Hardware Token Code

Debit Cards:
Account Number + ZENITH Bank issued ATM card (last 6-digits of the customer's PAN #) and the 4-digit card PIN

This app is so unreliable! It's a struggle to log in after multiple attempts and I have to resort to using the web platform. It also doesn't allow me view details or transaction details of past transactions. If you don't choose to generate a receipt immediately after a transaction, you can never do it again.

I can't give 2 * to this bad bank and its app,I go to the bank yesterday and they've give me all the e-token details , I use all my experience to set it, and even when I need thier customer support no body was Replied my message and I have comfirmed that my messege have been delivered to them, both thier moble app and e-token are just wastes time,

The app isn't secure as there is no icon for signing out. Even when the app is opened after 2 days, it doesn't ask for any log in details. It just signs in automatically. That means if anyone gets access to my phone, they can open the app and generate a token. Keep in mind you can make any change on the Zenith bank app with token generated.. All measures of security thrown in the bin
