FleetOps helps authorized company personnel manage fleet missions and monitor operational activities in a structured manner.
Key features of FleetOps include:
• Assigning and accepting missions by drivers and helpers
• Recording trip, loading, and unloading status
• Live tracking of vehicle journeys during active missions
• Monitoring of the vehicle's last position by authorized operational personnel
• Photo evidence of loading and unloading activities
• Error reports that can be accompanied by photos and locations
• Vehicle, cargo, customer, cost, and crew information according to access rights
• Public tracking is limited to those with a valid tracking link
To support trip monitoring, FleetOps can use device location when a mission is at a stage that requires live tracking, including when the application is in the background, closed, or not in use.
Tracking begins with driver activity on an ongoing mission and ends at a predetermined operational stage. FleetOps does not perform continuous location tracking beyond mission requirements.
When live tracking is active, the device displays a notification so the driver knows that trip tracking is in progress. Users also receive an explanation regarding location usage before granting the necessary permissions.
FleetOps is designed to support internal company operations. Using the application requires an account and access rights granted by authorized company personnel.
