When we buy medicine at the store, they charge more than the price shown in the app, When we place an order by calling the direct store number they make excuses and refuse to deliver, If we order from the app then it says it is not available. Today's experience.... 20/03/2024 At the time of delivery, call is received on the registered number and not on the number given in the address, If it is so, then why is there a space for mobile number in the address?

Cheating people. Fraudulent company app. On app the price shown is Rs. 27 for bp tablets per strip of telmavac am. But when it comes home delivered the bill shows 57₹ per strip. We pay blindly the final amount shown at the end. We do not check the price of each medicine. And when we discover the problem they don't refund. simply say the price on app is old new price is increased.

If you don't have the medicine in your stock then don't show it on your app. If arranging the added medicine is going to take extra day then just mention the delivery date to be delayed by 1 day due to no stock of the particular medicine, you have an app, you can ask the customer then and there rather than so many calls and coordination. Everytime I order, i get a call saying it's not available today, or it's not available at all, then why do you put up on your website? Automate please.
