love hand and stone, not the app. I want to be able to secure my appt time with the services I want and it does not include it on the add on list. so I have to wait and call, and by that time someone else has booked the slot I needed online. please add the "add 30 minute" button to the add-on menu. I feel I pay PLENTY monthly, I should be able to utilize booking online. very disappointing, I lost an appt slot today because of it. they say they have informed IT, but it is never fixed. do better.

I've been a member for many years. I don't know if any employee has ever used this app or ever scheduled a massage before but wow. Booking is different for every single location. There's no way to easily book an 80 minute or apply membership credits. If you want to keep monthly members you have to let them use their packages when and how they need to. Suggested tip rate goes up every visit but all you can book online is Swedish which in this case means a lotion session.

Overall it's not that bad just a bit clunky. I'd make it so you can see who did your past appts to make it easier to keep up with your favorite therapists and would also make it so you could choose multiple therapists on the page for scheduling so you don't have to go back and forth over and over. Maybe also make it so you can favorite which therapists you like and/or the appt template.
