Ratings and reviews

I would absolutely give it zero stars if possible. It doesn't save notes that employees make. There's no option to turn off the AI response to guest texts so now a lot of our guests are trying to cut off communication because they believe they're just getting spammed by a bot even when we're actually sending out messages ourselves. Every quarter you have to change your password which would be a good security function IF IT ACTUALLY LET YOU CHANGE IT. Tried updating for 4 days and it glitches out

it was working fine until this last update that was released in 7.20.26 since then my app crashes multiple times upon opening and I can not log in and view my books successfully. which is so annoying as I use this daily to see updates .. I no longer can do that, I even Uninstaller like 3 other apps in hopes that that would help and no luck .

if I could give a zero star I would. The app keeps adding more and more buttons to push which takes longer to check in and complete clients. I have no idea why the corporate that owns our hair salon chose this app. It is less than efficient. I miss our old operating system. It was way more efficient, made clients not so annoyed along with the stylists. Too many bugs and way too much time wasted on new buttons every month or so. The lack of ability to acquire my tip money is less than acceptable.
