Ratings and reviews

if I could give a zero star I would. The app keeps adding more and more buttons to push which takes longer to check in and complete clients. I have no idea why the corporate that owns our hair salon chose this app. It is less than efficient. I miss our old operating system. It was way more efficient, made clients not so annoyed along with the stylists. Too many bugs and way too much time wasted on new buttons every month or so. The lack of ability to acquire my tip money is less than acceptable.

In all the years the company I work for has been using this app, no one has accused it of performing well. The fact that they still haven't given MT's a way to edit notes proves that enough. But crashes, telling MT's they're out of location while inside the building, the inability to change locations if you work at more than one, it's always something with this app. And I'm convinced they'll never learn.

Really wish they would QC changes made. Haven't been able to login for a full week now. There's an extra space where the company is entered. I clients I've never been able to submit a note on. The response I got was to switch to an IPhone! No response after. Oftentimes you have to put breaks for someone's day so they aren't overbooked. I've done a whole day of notes multiple times, the following month I see the same 5 people and the note is nowhere to be found. Customer service very poor.
