Absolute worst salon system I've ever worked with. Some days you can cash out a gift card, some days you can't, which obviously clients just love 😒 functionality changes by the day, sometimes things work, most times they don't. With both the app, and the website. Absolute trash and I can't wait for Supercuts to be done with their contract.

I would give zero if possible. It worked a few times before it would just start flipping back and forth and freezing up my phone. I could not do anything at all once it's starts flipping back and forth right after opening app. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling more times than I care to admit. Sounds like I'm not the only one having this issue. Using a pixel 7.

This app must not work for android users because I have to uninstall and reinstall it everyday to get it to work. And yes, I mean literally every. single. day. I have to do this or it will not work; it stays in this constant "loading" stage when I open the app. I've checked my wifi and data connections when I'm at work and home and neither are causing the issue. My phone is up to date on its software, has plenty of storage and data to use, and properly works.This app is horrendously inconvenient
