Apart from being force logged out and have to create a new shift, waiting impatiently for the hourly welfare check (which sometimes never happens). Being tracked and requiring constant GPS and location on, not being able to turn off notifications ( have fun night workers ). Crashing, failing to locate your position so you can't clock in.. and being useless.. It works great.

literal garbage, the app never works for clocking in or clocking out have good GPS on my maps but somehow GPS is always calibrating or not accurate enough. The app looks like it was made in the early 2000s feel like I should be using this on a blackberry. Absolutely rubbish if your looking at this for your company for your employees do them and yourself a favour and just stick to pen and paper or something else.

Bug-ridden, useless, frustrating. Web interface just sits with "PLEASE WAIT ... " displayed on screen, won't load roster or offered shifts screens. App only displays partial data and doesn't give notifications of offered shifts. Has cost me many shifts missed. Do NOT use this software in your company! Handwritten bits of paper would be better than this.
