Thanks to My Vodafone application you can control your account anytime from anywhere. You can log in easily with your phone number, or e-mail and password, and right away you will receive actual overview about your units usage (data, free minutes and SMS) or for example about your billing status.

Except overviews of all kind, that you can have also by form of widget directly on your phone screen, you can activate other services in your app with few clicks and edit those that are running (for example additional purchase of data to your tarif, roaming settings), you can pay billings, you can top up the credit (by card or coupon). And all this clearly and simply for all the phone numbers you have with us.

Many times awarded application is completely for free, at home, but also abroad. Therefore you will not miss any data from your package. Furthermore there are new competitions, bonuses and discounts from us or our business partners, waiting for you in the section My offers.

What else is My Vodafone offering? Ugly, slow, buggy, inconsistent, annoying design, unhelpful, showing my credit balance (the only thing I downloaded the app for) does not work and shows zero no matter what, the chatbot is in the way, logging into my account does not work, setting up a new one also does not work. Thanks

Not intuitive, helpless. It doesn't help to set all settings fast and correctly. You have to call helpdesk. I guess, the main idea to creat this App was: "the general marketing purpose to sell more products", but not the UI and UX friendliness.

Garbage I had two accounts managed under my name each with two phone numbers. I decided to close the second. I went to the local branch and processed it offline. I had one payment left for the closed account. Next month when I was paying bills, i pressed on "pay" button that was dedicated to the stopped account. But money were payed on the one that remained. I thought I did smth wrong, pressed "pay" adain and the same happened. Today i got a letter - you need to pay 1000kc and 180+363 as fee.

We are constantly improving the app for you. In this version, we have fixed the error in charging the credit of prepaid cards, brought back the function for measuring the connection speed, and made several minor adjustments and improvements.
