Update: updated app allows completion of application. Support is very friendly and helpful. Their IT team took more than a month to resolve it, but it did get resolved. Will update to 5 stars if approved. Once you get to selfie section, the app crashes. Pay 50 bucks, send an image of your passport...the next section is a selfie. As soon as you click the button, the app crashes. Tried on a Xiaomi 11, galaxy s20, and Galaxy tab. All crashed. Contacted support and they asked me for a screenshot.

Only way to apply for an account is to pay $50 and apply via app but the app doesn't work and crashes every time I try to apply. Again, you can only apply using this mobile app which doesn't even work. Zenus is a scam. They take your $50 but won't even let you apply.

Get to selfie section on app to register for account and app shuts down, possible scamm if I don't get a response, and I payed $50 us currency for set up fees, I will put in review if I do get a response.
