Ratings and reviews

Received 2 ZenyumSonic Electric Toothbrush for my kids. Truly disappointed. Both are same models, but the vibration strength are totally different. One seems to have proper strength but the other one is very very soft. Lousy product quality control. I will not even know about this if I do not have 2 of the same model at the same time. I will not depends on this low quality product for my kid's teeth care.

App is buggy and laggy. Like what some other reviewers have mentioned, the customer service is good until u pay money. Almost non-existent after sales service. The aligners themselves are great, but beware of the retainers after. I've purchased 3 sets hoping to last at least 3 years, but 2 sets have broken in less than 4 months! The warranty methodology also don't make sense - it is 3 mths from when u purchase them, not from when u start wearing them. Better off getting 1 set at a time!

Review for Zenyum in its entirety: My main issue with my treatment so far is that the next set of braces don't fit too well. There is a sharp point poking into the back of my gums. Upon notifying Zenyum, I was just advised to clip it with scissors or a nail clipper. Looking back, I wish I got regular braces. They would have worked faster, the dentist could have aligned things better during the regular checkups and it would have cost much less. Zenyum not recommended.
