App is buggy and laggy. Like what some other reviewers have mentioned, the customer service is good until u pay money. Almost non-existent after sales service. The aligners themselves are great, but beware of the retainers after. I've purchased 3 sets hoping to last at least 3 years, but 2 sets have broken in less than 4 months! The warranty methodology also don't make sense - it is 3 mths from when u purchase them, not from when u start wearing them. Better off getting 1 set at a time!

Review for Zenyum in its entirety: My main issue with my treatment so far is that the next set of braces don't fit too well. There is a sharp point poking into the back of my gums. Upon notifying Zenyum, I was just advised to clip it with scissors or a nail clipper. Looking back, I wish I got regular braces. They would have worked faster, the dentist could have aligned things better during the regular checkups and it would have cost much less. Zenyum not recommended.

This app is the worst. It is laggy and useless. I can't use it to record changes so I take notes in my own calendar instead. They had, for me, zero communication about updating progress into the app is mandatory to get a warranty. Seems like the whole thing revoles around this app and this app doesn't even work well. One of the most unclear and unprofessional services ever.
