Ratings and reviews

I e-mailed them to let them know that the app kept crashing on my phone. They asked for information on my phone so they can run tests. While I haven't been able to use the app, the customer service shows that they are working their hardest to fix any issues.

App crashes on multiple devices, i got proof i took snapshoots👻 ill cost zepeel!! just like theses apps charge us ill charge for failure data diagnostics data proof, these proofs are enough to shut down the app or help understand where it fails, in time i can decide whats to happen. But for now ur app is probly crashing on some of your customers and ur unaware simply because theyll rather delete app and move to the next then waist stress & time over commenting to let you know!!!👻Zepeel can fix
