Ratings and reviews

For the contactless heaters, it almost never reads the NFC, even with it enabled. Not to mention the fact I need to pull the heater out of the water to even get it to read! Adjusting the temperature too often locks you out of your device permanently with the justification of "abnormal activity". Not to mention the fact that the heater only powers on for about 10 seconds before turning off again. Love sicce's powerheads but avoid these heaters like the plague!

The app doesn't work at all. Updated firmware on the accessories to be able to use the pump. Connected to WiFi fine. Connected to device fine. Attempting to change any of the flow controls or flow rate in app doesn't work. Best part is the controller it comes with for manual tuning also doesn't work. Pretty terrible experience all around

HORRIBLE!!!!! The user interface is garbage, very unresponsive and lacks instructions for the many features listed. The app has extreme difficulty connecting and takes several attempts to turn pumps on/off or make changes to settings. It takes several attempts to even connect to wifi and the pumps. Very disappointing considering the cost of the Sicce SDC pumps. The counter sync option is 30 seconds max, which is ridiculous. You have better options with a cheaper DC WaveMaker. NEEDS WORK!!!
