Love this app! The free pass was something I didn't expect and it's so good. I have saved a lot so far and I also loved the pass extension (for a discounted price). Delivery is super fast and products are up to the mark. I'd say it's way better than Swiggy Instamart. One thing that needs to be improved is the choice of products. Some of them which I order often are missing here (that's why 4 stars).

While I appreciate the convenience of receiving updates about your products, the frequency of messages can be overwhelming. It would be helpful if there were options to adjust the frequency of notifications to better suit individual preferences. even though I'm blocking they were sending from different sources. If I have any need I'll order for sure but don't disturb your customer repeatedly sending those messages and notifications

Their service has really deteriorated massively. Zepto used to be my go to app. Now they promise 15 mins delivery time, and even after 30 mins your order isn't even packed. You try connecting to their customer service, and there is absolutely no response. The only option you get is connecting to a bot who gives you the same information that's displayed on your order page. Swiggy delivery times in my area are slightly longer, but the app is surely more reliable.
