Everyone, pls DO NOT use Zepto cafe. there is zero help you are never connected to a live agent. their payment offers are also not reliable. i am supposed to get 50rs cashback from mobikwik and neither app is giving me solution why it is not done. I DONT think they will even contact me to resolve this issue. the help chat is that careless. And my order which is "packed and ready" to be delivered at 5.02 pm is now 5.12 pm. and NOT the first time this has happened. overall NOT TO BE USED.

Stupid app, they will show Buy 1 get 1 free. as you move towards payment, they will change that product only. cart will show discounted prices. Then, on the payment page, they will charge you double the amount.

wish I could give a negative review. Not sure if I'm the only one getting fooled like this. Shows some amount like 243.32 at the time of ordering (with pre applied offers on each item), then says no extra fee, platform fee. Then at the time of payment, it changed to 323 something and I paid it through credit card without reviewing it. Later realized, I was charged higher than it should have been, and now regretting giving Zepto a second chance after they marketed 0 fees on everything.
