Knocked one star off for the app asking me to rate my food before picking it up. My workflow: It's time to eat, open app to find out my pickup number. First thing it shows is the meal I ordered (no order number) and I'm asked to rate it. I close that and go to my orders to get my pickup number. Then I never rate the meal. Recommend adding my order number to the rating. Then I wouldn't dismiss it, I'd pick up food and then be able to rate it since I haven't closed the screen yet.

App is not intuitive for instance, change location. Sometimes u cant click item on the menu and it doesn't say why.. Just says "cannot access" .Servicewise one has to order well in advance like a day or two prior. Even with so many options in Bay Area, food options are mediocre and vegetarian options are just 1-2 items. No spice level/customization options. List goes on. More than half the time i throw away the food

The app has gotten significantly better with the last update. Multi day selection, no more back and forth opening individual items to place orders, single click from browsing menu to order, and set location that doesnt mess up. The ingrediants, allergens and pictures are also extremely critical and helpful. Not everyones reviews will be updated but at this point i think app is great.
