Take in customers' cars and fix them yourself: grind rust, pull dents, lay down paint and diagnose engines by ear. Do it well and they pay well. Botch it and your reputation takes the hit.

Save up and buy wrecks blind from scrapyards, classifieds, auctions and barn finds. Read the clues, trust your gut, then pull the tarp. Is it a steal or a money pit?

Restore your cars to the best grade you can manage, then sell them. Every buyer has a price they'll really pay. Push too hard and they walk, for good.
