Terrible from start to finish. I had the same installation problem as others. And trying to connect the device and create an account was maddening. Their system takes forever to send a verification code so by the time I would get it, it had expired. I tried 4 times...madness!!! Lessened learned check the quality of the app before you buy something like this. No more ZY for me after this nonsense. Fingers crossed I get my moneys worth out of this product.

Absinthe Head
I love the gimbal but frigging hate this app. On the third time I used the gimbal, the app decided that it either did not see the gimbal or didn't want to connect to it. I tried resetting the Bluetooth on both the phone and the gimbal, restarting both devices multiple times, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, and nothing works. This company really needs to figure out what they are doing. I returned the gimbal to Amazon. Maybe ZY will understand that they need to fix their app.

Update: I was able to remove the ZY Cami watermark from photos and videos edited on the app! It is difficult to find but go to the ZY app home page, click on the user icon in the lower right, then click on the nut icon in the upper right, scroll down and click on privacy, deslect "add watermark" and done! I bumped this review up a star now, but still ding it one star because it's really difficult to navigate all the settings. Otherwise, the app works great on my Smooth Q4.
