UTTER WASTE OF MONEY. Almost certain every other ebike isnt problematic. The app doesnt work for the bike. It's pointless, it's not US friendly. It Seems like they took a Chinese APP and just added an english translation. German can be find as well. Of course german is easier to understand but why is it there? Waste of money, Buy a surron or Delfast. Onyx is expansive, unreliable, lousy.

Crashes instantly. Please fix this. I can't turn on/off my battery!!! Samsung galaxy s20+. It worked for a day or two, now nothing... Edit: The app worked for a few days this month then crashes again every time I try to open it. Anyone else?

Brand new Onyx CTY2 and this app does not work with the Bluetooth on the bike. Contacted Onyx customer service and they stated for me to download a their party app. Not what I wanted to hear after spending $3100.00 for their product.
