I have a problem: when I open the app, nothing opens. I tried deleting it and then reinstalling the app, but it failed. I don't know why. Please help.

the content in this app is really helpful. the teachers explain concepts really well I appreciate the effort they put in to the lessons. however, the app itself is extremely frustrating to use. the UI feels rushed and basic. sometimes it doesn't even open. it's a shame such educational content is held back by poor app design and poorly organized lessons. I hope the developers put more effort into the user experience and hopefully it won't stay like that.
