Can't order ahead and it's more $ for a reward - and the reward is less than before. Also, I was the most excited to be able to order ahead, but unfortunately that screen never loads. The barista couldn't get the payment QR code to scan without a lot of attempts. It really slowed down the process. When searching for locations by zip code and city name, the app brings me to the opposite side of my state?? This place was my go to in town, but I will be going to another stop on my way now.

Dev needs to look how these apps work. There are plenty of examples of well done. This app when it does work has poor user experience. Oh, it does work at some locations, others it does not scan the payment for the cashier but shows it for the client causing backup to everyone arguing over if payment needs to be done another way. This has cost Ziggies my business until its fixed. Back to dunkin.

The entire app process is set up so that if you forget to show it before you pay you lose the points. Overall the app probably works fine, but this is not a fair replacement for the old cards. Another example of technology benefiting the vendor and not the consumer. Plus this is likely just a data gathering system for ziggis, something they couldnt do with punchcards!
